Loved working with Mitch (project manager): he was extremely responsive: always had prompt answers and solutions to any problems that arose. There was an issue with delivery and team arriving late on the first day, but BDG sent an additional person to help on the second day, on which the craftsmen left quite late (around 19:00), but only after ensuring the job was done. The quality (of work as well as the windows) is very high and I've already received a compliment from professional builders who visited the site right after the installation.
